Liao and Kurita both target Davion, which screwed me because I joined both at once. Completing the alliance FP tends to land you at about -64 rep against another faction so make sure you're at zero or above with likely enemies of a faction before you join up with it and only ally with one faction at a time so you can break the alliance to restore rep before doing another faction's alliance FP. That limits you to 2.5 skull missions only to begin restoring rep and those are impossible to find in campaign mode in at least one case (Davion).įinding the 3 skull missions (3.5 skull systems or lower) after getting to hated with a faction is the grindey part of alliance FPs, but once your past that it's pretty easy to beef up rep again. If you do the alliance FPs, my advice is to avoid getting to "loathed" status (-80). The BK and griffon parts are really common rolls on the LosTech table so not hard to complete one of those on 5 missions. Lostech FPs are the only source of + SLDF weapons, any of the new upgrades, and parts for the SLDF Black Knight, Griffon (you can get a whole one from a certain FP), and the Atlas 2 (lowest chance at 8%). It has about a 1.9% chance at Black Markets and I've seen a couple already. To give you an idea, the complete highlander has about. Much easier to buy SLDF Highlanders at the black markets when you see them for the DHS and gauss. SLDF worlds can drop vanilla SLDF weapons and SLDF Highlander as a mech or parts but the odds are super low. You can't buy a lot of the stuff that drops in LosTech FPs. ![]() Later them have sell next comming 2 dlc for price for 1 If you guys have any solutions to this, thank you very much in advance.Įxpensiv dlc for what you get not worth it.īetter them have give us a free dlc with only new achiviments and that point system! but why does it drop the rep meter back and forth between those factions in such an extreme way that you can't reasonably work your way to the next Alliance FP? (I'm debating this from a gameplay practicality pov). Yes I guess those 5 FPs are tied in to each faction's context. what's the narrative story, realistic, or whatever technical/creative reason behind it? but it has to strike a balance between casual (but hardcore fans of the franchise) and hardcore arpg types of players who go ironman mode on everything.Ģ) What's the point on grinding crazy amount of missions, just to do 1 FP, then break it, rinse & repeat? Yes, sometimes the reward is in the grind. In the end, I feel that the current state of the unrewarding alliance system and its existing flaws shouldn't Further punish the players who just want to complete all the FPs in either modes. (Like one of the best solutions being: waiting for random events to pop up during travel just to pinch enough rep to find 3 skull missions to do? Seriously?) Yes, I'm sure to a certain extent its possible as its been mentioned before in various forums. its damn not worth the grind.Īfter one or two of the Alliance FPs, one or the other reputations drop way too low for you to build up and make it to the next alliance. Now after all my regular FPs done and with the 5 Ally FPs left, I don't wanna start allying just to do it because I know. In my story campaign completed wayyy back, I've ended it with almost all my reps (except pirates) at 80% positive. ![]() mobi file for use with the Amazon Kindle.Just wanna get some opinions regarding the 5 flashpoints that require alliances with the five major houses.ġ) Do you think they are worth the alliance Just To Do the FPs? epub file for use with many common e-readers and one.
